David joined Dyson in 2015 as part of the investment team. He supports the Chief Investment Officer in identifying, tracking and monitoring prospective and current asset managers, compiling the research for asset allocation decisions and performing risk management analytics on client portfolios.
Prior to joining Dyson, David served as an analyst for the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO), where he audited the Securities and Exchange Commission’s oversight of FINRA programs and operations. Before his time at GAO, he was Director of Research and an Advisor at Hanover Provident Capital, an Alexandria-based investment and asset management partnership.
David earned his Master of Arts in International Relations with a concentration in international economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
