Nicholas founded Dyson Capital Advisors in 2007. Before starting Dyson, Nicholas managed MRW Enterprises, the family investment office of United States Senator Mark Warner, for over 10 years.
With almost 20 years of experience in wealth management, Nicholas oversees Dyson’s client service team and is a member of the investment committee. He interacts with clients helping them navigate the markets and offers strategic advice on a variety of issues.
In addition to his many years in wealth management, Nicholas also has significant experience as a direct investor. Nicholas previously served as Co-Founder and CFO of Novus Energy Partners, a clean energy investment fund. He also served as Co-Founder and CFO of X-10 Capital Partners, a long-short hedge fund that invested in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors.
Nicholas graduated from Boston University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration where he concentrated in Finance. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and four children.
